Formation-Z on the FDS?

A bit ago, I ran across an archive of custom hacked Famicom cart games ported to the FDS and play as normal FDS roms without a GameDoctor. I made an art package for Space Invaders, Russian SMB2, and a few others. Doing some PC housecleaning since I am out of room, I ran across a custom disk card I made for Formation-Z. Inspired, I fired up Illustrator and made an accompanying label. Found an empty disk, case and sleeve and made a game.
